Moona Moona

Jervis Bay, on the South Coast of NSW, Australia has an abundance of beautiful beaches and waterways which have inspired me to create an ongoing series of watercolour and gouache paintings. I do plein air studies on-site and then paint the final works in my studio. Moona Moona Creek is an inlet on the border between Huskisson and Vincentia.  In the summertime we regularly take our dinner here for an evening picnic and let the kids run wild in the shallow water. Huge armies of crabs patrol the mangrove trees near the bridge and kids will often be jumping from the bridge into the water below when it's deep enough.
 
These prints of my paintings are professional archival quality and they are printed on 200gsm cotton rag, acid-free, lightly textured paper so that they retain the look of the original paintings. 
 
The signed prints are securely packaged to ensure they do not get damaged during transport to you and are packed with their own map card that identifies the location and viewpoint the original artwork replicates.
